Consider requesting a non-smoking room in advance to avoid unpleasant surprises upon check-in.

Fantastic stay with great vibes!
Just rocked a 2-night stay in a cozy room with a bomb layout! Tons of space for our stuff and a nice couch by the window. The staff were super friendly, and mama loved the public bath. Only bummer was the breakfast options could be better.

I totally enjoyed my stay here, especially the cozy room and the cool public bath that really helped me relax after a long day. There’s also a neat little convenience store just outside, making snacks super easy! Just keep in mind that the rooms are a bit tight for big luggage, but it’s still a great spot to hang your hat! 😊

The hotel's location is superb, just a short walk from Sapporo JR station, making it super easy to explore the city with my kids. We loved the free coffee and tea in the afternoons. The simple breakfast was sufficient for our family.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast area felt cramped for families with kids. It would be better to have a larger space or more seating options.

Exceptional Family Stay with Great Amenities!
Our family enjoyed a delightful stay, especially relishing the on-site restaurant with its delectable local cuisine. The room, while on the smaller side, was beautifully decorated and had all the essentials. Pro tip, grab a room on a higher floor for better views and a quieter experience!

Great location with friendly service
I had a pleasant stay with a room that was of decent size and a fantastic location just a short walk from Sapporo station. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ensuring I had what I needed. I enjoyed the convenient access to nearby shops and restaurants. The housekeeping service left fresh towels daily. However, I wish there had been complimentary mineral water available throughout my stay.

would have stayed for longer
The location's great, just a 5min walk from the shopping at Sapporo station. Room had air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower and complimentary toiletries. There’s a hot bath on the second floor that was super relaxing. Breakfast was a must-try with a nice selection of pastries and fresh juices.

Had a great time with friends! The location is spot on, just a short walk from the subway to hit up the entertainment district and grab some food. The public bath was a nice touch after a long day. Plus, the comfy sofa in the lobby was perfect for chilling out. Definitely check out the nearby shops!
We had to wait until 3 PM to check in, which was a bit annoying after traveling. Could be better for early arrivals.

Oh, the porridge at Yuuyoo Terrace Sapporo was a comforting delight! And let’s not forget the unbeatable location—just a hop from the train station. The lovely, attentive staff that made our stay even sweeter.
The room was a bit too hot, forcing us to crack the window open in winter! And on busy days, good luck snagging a shower in the crowded bath—it’s a battle for space!

A fantastic location just minutes from shopping and dining options, making it convenient regardless of weather. The public bath is exceptionally clean and follows proper etiquette, enhancing the overall experience. However, the room felt a bit cramped, and noise from the hallway could be disruptive at times. The smart phone provided for the duration of the stay was a thoughtful touch and very useful.
